Project Management Office in the University of Carthage

The PMO-UCAR (Project Management Office) at the University of Carthage is a professional structure dedicated to the promotion and management of research and innovation projects. Also known as the Grant Office or Contract Office, it plays a central role in supporting researchers and improving the university’s participation in international research programs.

One of the platform’s main missions is to promote the internationalization of university research, with a particular focus on participating in European research programs, such as Horizon Europe. It also aims to increase the success rate of researchers and other stakeholders involved in international research and innovation projects, as well as academic programs.

The PMO-UCAR supports teams by identifying funding opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and ensuring the efficient management of approved projects. By facilitating access to project calls and strengthening the university's capacity to manage grants, the PMO actively contributes to the success of research and innovation initiatives.
