The University of Carthage organized a study day on June 1, 2023, in partnership with the Axia Association, focusing on the requirements for a successful transition from an administrative institution to a scientific and technological institution, specifically EPST-EPNA. The event also explored strategies for enhancing self-resources for public institutions. The program featured valuable presentations by Mr. Adel Ghazi and Mr. Toufik Al-Obaidi, General Inspectors, as well as Mr. Amin Ben Hassan, General Inspector for Finance, all members of Axia. They were joined by Mr. Slim Ben Saoud, President of the Virtual University, and Ms. Head of the Governance Unit at the Virtual University, along with Mr. Mohamed Gargouri, responsible for the PMO Unit and a university professor at INSAT. At the end of this day, Mr. Noufel Al-Ashi, former Director of Joint Services at the University of Carthage, was honored following his appointment as the Secretary-General of the Virtual University.
