🎉 The University of Carthage Receives the Entrepreneurial University Award from the NCEE 🎉
The University of Carthage had the great honor of receiving, during the ceremony held on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Cité des Sciences in Tunis, the Entrepreneurial University Award granted by the NCEE, with the support of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) and the British Council.
This international distinction recognizes an institutional journey that has been committed for several years to promoting an entrepreneurial culture, fostering innovation, enhancing student employability, and strengthening the university’s connections with its socio-economic environment.
Among the key strengths recognized through this accreditation are a clear institutional leadership, an active and structured entrepreneurial ecosystem, the progressive integration of entrepreneurship into academic programs, the richness of partnerships, as well as the central role of the Carthage Student Entrepreneur Hub (PEEC) in coordinating and energizing this dynamic across the university.
This evaluation also identified promising areas for future improvement, particularly in terms of strategic formalization, impact monitoring, continuous skill development for support teams, and strengthening inclusion.
The University of Carthage expresses its deep pride in this recognition and extends its heartfelt thanks to all stakeholders who contributed to this collective achievement.
Special mention goes to the PEEC, the true driving force behind this initiative, for its decisive role in structuring, animating, and consolidating university entrepreneurship within our institution.

This accreditation represents both recognition and responsibility, as well as a new impetus. It will further strengthen the national and international influence of the University of Carthage, enhance its visibility and credibility with partners, and open new opportunities in innovation, startup creation, valorization of scientific research, and the development of student and scientific entrepreneurship.
