The deadline for submitting applications for the Certification Training of Public and Private Sector Experts in Industrial Property has been extended to March 15, 2024. Eligible staff and experts are encouraged within their organizations to apply for this training, which aims to enhance the capacity of both public sector staff, including research centers, and private sector experts. The training will be administered by the WIPO Academy, under the supervision of INNORPI, with the goal of providing beneficiaries with the necessary knowledge to support companies and ensure the protection of industrial property rights.
Candidates interested in this training should have previously obtained a General Course Certificate on Intellectual Property (DL-101) from the WIPO Academy issued from January 2022 or provide proof of registration for the second session of the free General IP course "DL101" for the year 2024. Registration for the second session will be open on the WIPO platform from March 8, 2024.
