The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (General Directorate of Scientific Research) announces the launch of a call for applications for project funding under the “Scientific Excellence Promotion Program (P2ES)” for the year 2026.
The call for proposals is open to any tenured teacher-researcher holding the rank of Full Professor (Professor of Higher Education) or an equivalent rank, with at least five (05) years of seniority in the rank as of the closing date of the call for applications, and with the participation of at least one (01) Postdoctoral researcher (Post-Doc).
Deadline for online registration (link: https://forms.gle/vdeBrx5wmASMD2qy9): March 16, 2026.
Deadline for submission of application files (hard copy): March 16, 2026 (during administrative working hours).
The official stamp of the MESRS Central Registry Office or the post office shall serve as proof of submission date.
