- Submission by E-mail: Please send your application file in PDF format (identical to the version submitted on the Campus France platform) to: dppsphcutique@gmail.com.
- Mandatory Document: The application file must be accompanied by a submission authorization request (template attached), duly completed and signed by:
- The Head of the research structure;
- The Dean / Director of the institution;
- The Supervisory authority (University President, President of IRESA, or Director General of the research center).
Important note: Any incomplete application, not compliant with the attached template, or received after April 16, 2026, will be automatically rejected.
