As part of its mission to support Tunisian teams and enhance their participation in the Horizon Europe Programme, the Horizon Europe Objective-Based Management Unit (UGPO-HE) of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) is organizing a workshop dedicated to the Lump Sum funding scheme, entitled “Project Management under the Lump Sum Funding Scheme”, to be held on 25 June 2026.
This workshop is organized within the framework of the Integrated Support Programme for the Education Sector (PASE-OS3), co-funded by the European Union in Tunisia and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by GIZ Tunisia.
The workshop, led by an international expert, aims to provide participants with practical and directly applicable methods for developing strong project proposals, preparing reliable and detailed budgets, and ensuring effective project management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
