Within the framework of the Research and Higher Education Support Project in the Environmental Sector (ARESSE), funded by the European Union through the Green Research component of its “Green & Sustainable Tunisia” Programme, aimed at supporting environmental action in Tunisia, the National Agency for the Promotion of Scientific Research (ANPR), in partnership with the Directorate General of Student Affairs (DGAE), the Directorate General of Higher Education (DGES), and the Directorate General of Scientific Research (DGRS), is launching the “Green University Environment” Call for Proposals.

The “Green University Environment” Call for Proposals aims to support and accompany the various institutions and structures that make up the Tunisian university environment, particularly Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Higher Institutes of Technological Studies (ISETs), as well as student welfare and university services institutions (university residences, university dormitories, university restaurants, and university cultural centres), in their ecological transition.

In this context, a Green University Environment Framework (RMUV), provided in Annex 1, has been developed to establish a national reference framework for guiding, supporting, assessing, and promoting ecological transition initiatives within Tunisian higher education institutions.

The submission procedures, eligibility conditions, project selection criteria, and implementation schedule are described in detail in the Call Guidelines.

The templates related to the submission form are available through the following links:
